Mr. Keith Small is President/CEO at Wireless Integration Partners, LLC, a leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. He started the Company in October 2011 after working for Quell (2009) on DAS (Distributed Antenna System) business installing cell phone systems (DAS) in a few locations at Memorial Hermann (primarily Memorial City). Since then, WIP has completed DAS installations and maintenance at over a dozen Memorial Hermann hospitals, as well as with the University of Houston. Other clients include Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T;nd Crown Castle, one of the largest cell tower owners in the United States. Prior to WIP, he partnered with a family member to build out the electrical contractor part of cell sites.
Mike Alaniz has been in the wireless and DAS industry for more than 19 years designing and managing more than 500 projects through-out his carrier. His focus is on DAS system design and commissioning including the optimization of both indoor and outdoor DAS in all spectrums, public or private systems. As a critical thinker with integrity and organizational skills, Mike brings years of DAS construction, design and management experience to the WIP Team.
