Mr. Keith Small is President/CEO at Wireless Integration Partners, LLC, a leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. He started the Company in October 2011 after working for Quell (2009) on DAS (Distributed Antenna System) business installing cell phone systems (DAS) in a few locations at Memorial Hermann (primarily Memorial City). Since then, WIP has completed DAS installations and maintenance at over a dozen Memorial Hermann hospitals, as well as with the University of Houston. Other clients include Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T;nd Crown Castle, one of the largest cell tower owners in the United States. Prior to WIP, he partnered with a family member to build out the electrical contractor part of cell sites.

Mr. Small has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. After graduating, he worked for NASA as a contractor for over two years. From there, he worked as a software developer for Conoco and as a contract programmer at Enron, Sonat, and in the oil and gas industry for ten years. His drive to become an entrepreneur started with the Great Clips franchise. He owned two salons and built out his locations as well as for five other franchise owners.

Outside of business, Keith enjoys hunting, fishing, and cooking and is an avid Aggie football and Astros baseball fan. A philanthropist who has contributed to the needs at the Star of Hope for the last 10years.
